William L. Clements Library
Reading Room Supervisor and Curatorial Assistant
I work as an Information Resources Assistant, helping to supervise the reading room, providing reference assistance, and working on projects for the Manuscripts Division. Interacting with patrons at the William L. Clements Library is a great pleasure, so please feel free to ask me any questions about our collections, finding aids, or procedures.
I received my B.A. from Albion College in 2006 with a major in History and a concentration in Ethnic Studies. In 2013, I graduated from Yale University with a dual Ph.D. in History and African American Studies. I started working at the Clements Library in 2013.
While working in the reading room, I help patrons access and handle collections, answer research questions, provide general reference assistance, and page and return materials. I also work on various projects to support the Manuscripts Division.
