A memoir and recipe book of T. W. Pomroy, a self-proclaimed Medical Clairvoyant. He describes the development of his clairvoyant powers, his travels, and the medical treatments he performed. The end of the text contains herbal recipes for various ailments, including dyspepsia, rheumatism, and catarrh. The recipe for treating asthma calls for 1 ounce Spikenard root and 1 1/2 pints of brandy.
