This spoof ship’s log is full of humorous wordplay about alcohol, while lampooning the temperance movement. The foreword has a cheerful note: “If you don’t like this book, write to the authors about it. Don’t bother the publishers: they are too busy selling it.” It is bound in beautiful patterned cloth with a paper label.
