I am the Human Resources Generalist at the William L Clements Library and the Bentley Historical Library at University of Michigan.

Background
I have had the opportunity to have a diverse background of over 20 years experience in human resources. Prior to the University of Michigan, I was a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Madonna University and have held HR roles at Victory Automotive Group, Borders Group Inc and Macy’s/Marshall Field’s/Hudson’s Department Stores. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and have been a certified Professional in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

As the Human Resources Generalist, I am fortunate to work with staff, faculty and students who possess a vast amount of knowledge, dedication and passion in preserving, educating and sharing history. I manage a variety of HR functions, such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems and am a point of contact on HR related matters across the employee lifecycle ensuring consistency with the University and department commitments and initiatives.
